What does "open roles at a time" mean?
It is the number of roles we work on for you together. When one role is filled, you can open the next one in its place.
Is there a fee for each hire?
No. You pay the monthly fee. There is no percentage of salary on top.
How long am I tied in?
The plan runs month to month.
What if a person we hire leaves?
The plan does not include a replacement guarantee. You can open the role again under your plan while it is active.
Where are the people based?
In India. These plans are for companies in the United States that are building or growing a team in India.
Who employs the person?
You do. We find and screen the person. How they are engaged is agreed with you in the first call.
