How do we start a search with you?
Tell us about the role on the Start hiring page. We read your brief and reply with a time for a consultation call. We agree the requirements and the fee with you before the search starts.
What do you check before we see a candidate?
Three things: technical skill, problem-solving and cultural alignment. Assessments and interviews confirm the candidate can do the work at the level your role needs, we look at how they think through real situations, and we look for people who share the culture and values you describe in the first call.
What is a fitment note?
A short written note that comes with every candidate we recommend. It gives our reasons for why this person suits the role and your team.
How quickly will we see candidates?
It depends on the role. We agree a timeline with you in the consultation call.
What does it cost?
We agree the fee in writing before the search begins, so there are no surprises later. Send us the role and we will share a quote.
